I've never been to Branson, MO but heard it's fun. Anyone flown to the area? Looks like there are 2 airports there. Thoughts?

I’ve only landed an Branson West, it’s a nice airport. The downtown airport will be more convenient if you’re going to The Landing area but I’m not familiar with it. Just don’t land at the wrong airport like Southwest.

Probably just depends on where you’re staying. Branson West is better if you’re staying in the west side of Branson past all of the stuff in the main strip (US76). If you’re on the east side near The Landing, then PLK is closer. Can’t see any reason to go to BBG unless you just want Class D and a longer runway.
