Not you, but I am!
The Andrews Joint Base Airshow at KADW is coming up May 10-12 (https://legendsinflight.org). As usual, it has plenty of aircraft to gawk at, various government agency booths and demonstrations, and even some GA booths. Plus, this year, the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds are both putting on shows.
Anyhow, I get the privilege to fly the local flight school's Cessna 172 into Andrews on Thursday with my buddy who owns the plane. As you might imagine, there was a lot of paperwork, but not too bad. We're flying out Sunday or Monday.
I might be at the school's booth (http://chesapeakesportpilot.com/) Sunday, telling people about how much fun GA is. Hopefully, I'll get to meet some great POA People.
Only hints I have are to wear comfortable shoes and plenty of sunscreen (white concrete reflects up and burns you in places you don't want to be burned!).
Hope you can make it. It's a great show and honors the people and aircraft that serve our country!
