I am planning to do a flight from F45 to MYAF (Fresh Creek, Bahamas) and noticed that most everything east of Bimini is the Nassau CTA/FIR below 6k. I have already done a flight to Bimini so I am familiar with the procedure to fly through the ADIZ but I am unsure what the CTA/FIR is and who, if anyone, I need to contact to enter. Also, when leaving, who do I contact and when would I need to contact them for approval into the airspace? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I've read through that but it dosent really discus the airspace within the Bahamas on anything about the Nassau CTA/FIR. It seems like this is controlled airspace but I don't see any App/Dep frequencies.
