I am in South Korea for the next 2 weeks. Does anyone know of a flight school in South Korea that rents / provides dual instruction? I am a CFII and would love the chance to fly while I am here. Seems it would be a really cool experience. Not much on google for GA here.

Thanks!
Seth

Not much on DDG here. It seems GA is very tiny in South Korea, maybe fewer than 50 aircraft. Most of those appear to be associated with flight training programs at universities. Outside of military flying clubs, I don’t see a way to fly.

If you are able to get on military bases, Osan has an aero club, at least they did when I was there.

Sadly, Osan closed many years ago, I started flying there.

There are some clubs, but none I know of that are open to join. More similar to a club here than an FBO. Lots of ultralights, particularly Paramotors if that suits you. But not near any major cities.
