Just finished this and I strongly recommend it. It is written by a pilot who flew for a "fly-by-night" charter outfit in the 70s and is basically a biography of his experiences. It does not have the jokey attitude of a similar book, Hauling Checks by Alex Stone, it is more serious and reads like some of Ernest K Gann's books.

It's a novel, not a bio... So, "based on a true story".

But I'm gonna read it anyway, just with a small grain of salt.
