Not as uncommon as one might think. A Google finds several in recent history across the country. One might presume drivers of SUVs fail to understand where the center of gravity is and how speed affects it. Maybe we need a SUV endorsement.
Then again, with all the distractions inside the vehicle, they may have missed the speed limit sign "suggesting" 25 mph.
