Adirondack Regional Airport (SLK) will be hosting a fly-in open house and pumpkin festival to support North Country Life Flight on October 5, 2013 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. This family-friendly event will feature activities for kids including games, face painting, and pumpkin carving. Aircraft and airport equipment will be on display. The new Airport Café will feature specials during the event. The festival will also feature a cake walk and craft show. Fly-in visitors will enjoy a $.30 AvGas discount during the Open House.
Visitors can also enter to win a Cape Air Scenic Flight that will be offered during the event (weather dependent, with the last drawing at 1:15pm).
