Filing Flight Plan
This Saturday and Sunday at Galt Airport, in Northern Illinois (10C) is Barnstormers Days!!
This promises to be a lot of fun made possible by a donation from Knots2U with all kinds of entertainment including vintage planes, a pre-flight competition with prizes from Aircraft Spruce and JB Aviation, a full scale airplane flight simulator for the kids and antique car display.
Saturday at lunch time there will a barbecue. In the evening there will be dinner and afterwards, a free outdoor movie (We will be watching the grassroots aviation adventure movie "Barnstormers"). Overnight camping in the meadow down by the cabin and pond is available to EAA members, volunteers and anyone who flies in for the event.
Sunday morning the fun starts again with a pancake breakfast. Gypsy Air Tours will be present offering rides in their 1930 Waco Taperwing all weekend.
