They seem to routinely stay anywhere under about 12K MSL around here but, with O2 can go to the fringe of space.

The more maneuverable "aircraft" is responsible AFAIK but, it's best to give skydivers a wide lateral margin.

With all the sky diving places around here, sure makes me nervous.... They do a pretty good job of reporting where they are and usually right over the top of the airport.

My 1st jump was at 14000 ft. My uncle has done halo jumps where you have to have O2. One only knows how high up he was for that.
