Pre-takeoff checklist
For Father's Day, I'm looking at taking my son to Planet Air Sports in Deerfield Beach.
Would anyone of you be interested in meeting at KPMP that morning? For those of you who aren't familiar with KPMP, this is the home of the Goodyear Blimp which kids love to see as you are in the pattern.
I've only flown into here once before, and I used Sheltair as the FBO, which didn't charge me a fee either. That was December 2012, and didn't take fuel.
I plan on arriving at 830am then grabbing breakfast at Peachtree Restaurant. We will end up eating Pizza from the snack bar inside of the Planet Air Sports, then staying until about 5pm. Heading over to the Fish Shack for dinner, before heading home.
