Flooding in West Virginia

I fly out of a field that is one of the 7 counties that by the grace of God was not affected by yesterday's flooding.
I have a plane & am not afraid to use it--any suggestions as to whom one would contact to assist? I imagine an aerial view would help some outfits or maybe just loading up on water bottles & flying them in.

You contacted some local Emergency managers yet? Find the Emergency Ops center (EOC) and ask them if they are in need of some aerial work.

One of my partners uses our plane to survey the dams and things for the Corp of Engineers Huntington. He is scheduled to head that way tomorrow morning
