Flightcom E-13 ANR Military Headset Question

As my backup headset, which adapter do I need for the Flightcom E-13 Military Headset to work in GA aircraft? Will it work in GA aircraft?

Military comm systems usually require low impedance microphones in their headsets so my guess is you'll need the more expensive option. I've heard sometimes they work fine and other times not so fine. The only way to know is to try it out in your particular application.
