AOPA I thought had a section on subjects to cover in a Flight Review. I can't seem to find anything. It had suggestions of what kinds of things to cover if a pilot has been inactive for various periods of time. Anyone know where that information is?

In the same light, is there anywhere online that has a good outline of what subjects should be covered in a flight review?

Any help is appreciated.

Try this one Greg, lots of info here some useful, some not so much.

Don, thanks for the link. There is a lot of information in that document that will come in handy.

The one Don posted is great. I have it saved off somewhere.

When I get a flight review I go in with a wish list of things I'd like
to cover and work on that I may not do often or might be weak on.
I think it's important it be tailored to the pilot. Some reviews I've
requested be tilted toward instrument stuff and include an IPC. The
last one I requested we do in an Arrow because it had been a long
time since I'd flown a complex and I thought it would be a good idea.

AC 61-98A, spcifically Chapter 1, plus Appendix I (checklist & record) and Appendix II (suggested topcis) has always been my favorite reference.

Greg,

Is this what you are looking for??? It's not necessarily flight review specific...but it talks about some things that have changed if you haven't flown in a while

Yeah, that was what I was thinking of, but you are right. It isn't what I really need. But I think I have enough matirial from this thread. Thanks guys.
