Pre-Flight
Got my flight review endorsement yesterday. Yay! I posted here a while back asking about how long to expect this to take. I hadn’t flown in 9 years, which is never going to happen again. A few of you stated it would probably take about 1 hour for every year not flown. Seemed to be a good rule of thumb since it took 8.6 hours.
Short-terms plans are to take my sister flying next week. I’m not telling her I got my flight review done so I can surprise her. She broke her leg and has been laid up since Memorial Day and is going insane with boredom. My mom is going to pick her up and drive her to the airport to surprise her!
Now I just need to find a student or two!
