So I’m doing my commercial initial in a DA42L360 (multi) but the AFM doesn’t say anything about climb performance other then FPM how do I know what the fuel burn will be if it doesn’t say anywhere in the thing.. thanks!!

No published fuel burn for max RPM & max manifold pressure?

I did my multi in a DA42 L360 also! I’m surprised there’s still versions of the da42 like that still flying around

It’s been a while I can’t remmeber how we used to plan it, wish I could help out, good luck!!!

HP/2 = fuel burn in PPH at 100%

So 180hp, a side, running at 100%, 180PPH, 6lbs a gallon, that's 30GPH @ full power, just remember to re adjust for the drop in MP as you climb, about 1 inch per 1,000'.
