Flight Level Logbook software

Does anyone have knowledge of this software? I used it years ago and am trying to extract some reports from it. Unfortunately, the vendor appears to be out of business and apparently the application itself is visible but doesn't start. It is installed on a super old desktop that runs (well crawls) windows 95.

The need is to keep the insurance people happy...they are insisting of a list of aircraft types flown with total, PIC, etc.

Searching revealed more than a few companies that offer software than can convert logbook files from older applications. Here's one that is free to use...

There are many others. I don't know if that's helpful to you or not, but if you can get at your logbook file itself without needing to open FlightLevel, you might be good to go.
