there is a minimum of what house size you can build, i'll have to look it up. basically no trailers, must keep property nice and clean. about $700. a year for runway maintenance fees and 150 a yr for homeowners fees. if your serious i'll look up everything. we do not live there and the wife takes care of the bills.
