    Cheetah engine not producing more than 2300 RPM. That's normal for me on takeoff!

    I've seen a couple conversations on this this week. Could be as simple as a air cleaner issue or tach . Few people have tried to get a better idea if its in cruise or takeoff. No one seems to be able to get a straight answer
