First heavy snow in MA

It looks like we got about 8" last night. The big difference over KS is that the wind didn't blow it into huge drifts. They are opening Northfield Mountain soon to snow shoe and cross country ski fun. I'm glad to have a plow for the truck.

Glad I got a flight in yesterday before the storm,won't be much flying for the next couple of days in Ma.
 
The fun will be the cold weather freezing the snow tonight into Monday.

edit: fortunately the snow pretty much was over early Sunday...leaving a lot of time to clean up before the night.

Heavy is the key word. If folks didn't shovel this morning they will need a jackhammer when it freezes solid.
