First Flight on Mars

What impressed me about the video is how sprightly that little rotorcraft is. I expected it to labor sluggishly as it chopped that thin atmosphere, trying to get some lift. But instead, it just popped up from the surface.

The fact that gravity on Mars is only 3/8 that on Earth probably has something to do with it.
