Finished Solo!

So I finished my Solo about a week ago! It was great! My instructor and I went to go out flying and he said we will do three takeoffs and landings before my solo and after the first landing he took over the controls and said you are ready! I am not going to lie, I was a little scared but it went great! I was wondering how long it took you guys to get your PPL after finishing the solo?

Congratulations, pilot!

It took me about 6 months from first solo to PPL, there was a lot of stuff to cover in between. Between lots of material to cover and only flying about twice a week when weather allowed, it took awhile to get to a point where I was ready for my checkride. Hope yours goes smoother!

About 10 weeks, doing an average of 2 lessons a week.

That would only be a number which is usually different for every pilot depending on how many hours a week,how much practice solo ,how intense the training.Keep going and don't worry about the average.
