I need to go from a male -3 flare (see below pic 1) to a female 1/8" npt orifice (see below pic 2).

That is, the existing parts are as described above, so I need the most efficient way to make:

female -3 flare (ie a b-nut or equivalent) <---------> male 1/8" npt
