I’ve been calling so much to the 2022670435 number and no one picks up. i’ve left messages and no call back. does anyone even answer the phone ever? anyone have any experience with them. waiting on my special issuance. thanks

When I would call that number over the course of my 9 month DC wait I would, on average, get a call back after 1 to 2 weeks. Unfortunately Dr. Bruce is right about the pacifier, the gentleman that calls back is nearly useless and can tell you nothing about your status.
