Okay, there is a Weinershnitzel located on 1120 North Market Street, Redding, CA.
Google maps has it at 9.3 miles from KRDD. Take Airport Road to the 44, turn left, pass the 5 and you're there. Redding Jet Center has rentals (and maybe a crew car too, if you're real nice.)

That's not chili. That is some kind of weird sweet version of meat sauce that happens to be served on Spaghetti for some inexplicable reason.
Chilli has meat and beans (sorry Texas).
Chile, on the other hand, has neither, and is 1,000,000 times better. Especially on non-Chicago style pizza.
