FAR app

I recently purchased the FAR app from Tekk Innovations and it crashes every time I try to run it. I've been in contact with Tekk Innovations and to their credit they are trying everything to correct the issue including giving me my money back if they fail.

Do any of you have this app? Does it work for you? I'm running it on a iPod touch 2G.

Ditto other than a recent "upgrade" where they switched pricing models and "lost" my grandfathered subscription. One e-mail and they provided a code to fix it, though.

Unfortunately I'm running iOS 4.1 and the Codeveloper app requires a min of 4.2.

I can't upgrade to 4.2 without upgrading my iTunes which requires updating my OS which more than likely requires me to buy a new machine.

I'm stuck in "too old to upgrade" land.
