Fantastic Resource

Wow. That is impressive. And free too.
Lot's of fodder for discussion purposes in there.

Very cool. That will keep me occupied for the foreseeable future.

Isn't "Peal Harbor" a proper name not subject to Britainization?

You notice anything interesting on the flag of the state of Hawaii?

Watching some of the model planes in the Pearl video, I was waiting for godzilla to show up.

That one of the Wright Brothers isn't 1903. It's 1905 at Dayton, possibly later.

The 1903 flyer had the pilot in the prone position and was launched on a rail from the top of a dune, with no catapult. It also didn't turn; they could barely control pitch and weren't ready for banking demonstrations.

The catapult was invented in Dayton in 1904 because there wasn't any downhill nor any wind to get the airplane launched. The airplane shown is the Flyer III (1905), the first to have a sitting pilot.

The first flight also lasted 12 seconds and was airborne for 120 feet. The shown flight is considerably longer than that.
