From that camera angle it sure looks like the rotor system is awfully close to the rocks.

That's not something your typical low time pilot will be doing everyday. Yesterday The Today Show had on the rescue crew from the series The Horn. The pilot commented that it's not the type of flying you start out doing for your first job. You do tours, news, various other jobs first. Then you go through extensive mountain ops training before you're let loose.
Not as difficult as the vid on a side of a mountain but the military does mountain ops (pinnacles / ridgline) on occasion. Most likely my former brigade in OEF X in this vid. Just gotta make sure you don't trip (53 sec mark).
