Yeah, when I was a kid, if I would have been required to wait an extra hour before going trick-or-treating someone would have had hell to pay! The toilet paper would have been flowing (or is it throwing?).
Changing back to standard time AFTER Halloween is stupid! Kids need DARK for Halloween.
Of course, Halloween isn't what it used to be. I guess it doesn't matter much if it's dark or not when you're trick-or-treating at the local mall.
