Am I crazy or is the person who wrote this TAF? It's from the test supplement that supposedly you are given when you take the private written exam. Here is the text, reformatted for readability with some comments (my comments in red). I'll attach the original image at the end.

KMEM 121720Z 1218/1324 20012KT 5SM HZ BKN030 ...12th at 1800 to the 13th at 2400. Remember that.
PROB40 1220/1222 1SM TSRA OVC008CB
FM122200 33015G20KT P6SM BKN015 OVC025
PROB40 1220/1222 3SM SHRA ...There is already have a "PROB40" group 2 lines up for identical time period. Ignoring that, why is this 2000-2200 group out of chronological order (after the FM2200 group one line up)?
FM120200 35012KT OVC008 ...12th at 0200 is outside the valid times of this TAF (see line 1).
PROB40 1202/1205 2SM-RASN ...Again, outside the valid times. It appears these were intended to be for the 13th.
BECMG 1306/1308 02008KT BKN012
BECMG 1310/1312 00000KT 3SM BR SKC
TEMPO 1212/1214 1/2SM FG ...Outside valid times again (assume for 13th).
FM131600 VRB06KT P6SM

If you're a real masochist, below is the totally unformatted one they give you in the supplement. Suprisingly I don't see any funky business with the KOKC example (lmk if you do).

I wrote to them many years ago about mistakes in a test supplement. They acknowledged and agreed with my correction, but they're still not fixed.
