I recall seeing an FAA paper that discussed checklist usage and errors. Things like using the list as a do-list rather than as a checklist. I would like to find the paper again, but I have lost the link and searching the FAA website for a term like :"checklist" is hopeless.
I think one of the FAA safety or Wings emails had a reference to it a year or so ago. Sorry for the fogball request, but does this sound familiar to anyone?
