FAA Navaid database?

A few weeks back, I seem to remember a discussion about creating your own database for a handheld GPS. Someone posted a link that allows one to order the FAA navaid database.

I can't find the posting now (did a search, also on the red board). I also googled for the CD.

If someone has this link, could you please post it again?
