FAA Letter received today

Today, I received a letter from the FAA, Office of Aerospace Medicine in Washington, DC.

It is a request to fill out a survey about the medical certification process. They gave me a unique username and said that very few of these letters were sent out and that I'm a randomly selected airmen.

I was curious if any other pilots on this forum have gotten the same letter and if you have answered the survey what is it about?

Received the letter today and completed the survey on line this evening. Since my last renewal concluded in a denial, even with a ream of physician paper work, my responses will probably be omitted from the final tally.
