Getting back into flying and the red board is gone I see now so here I am.

I can’t embed a link due to my post count but a search for “faa flight policy change loda” will yield some news result from June 9th; severe tightening of interpretation of flight training using other than certified aircraft, the way I understand it. FAA memo is available in most of the news stories.

This concerns me as I’m the market for an experimental.

Do memos like these immediately go into effect once published?
