I attended a FAA Class 3 Medical in the UK on 02/29/2024. I have a walnut allergy and carry an epi-pen however I have been discharged from my allergy clinic. I have a UK CAA Class 1. I am due to start flight training in the UK in April (ATPL Theory) before heading to Florida to commence my single engine flight training (which I need a FAA Class 3 for). Can anyone advise on timescales or whether there is likely to be any issues. I’ve been told I can start my flight training but will need my medical to train in Florida.
