eye bags

hello! this isn't aviation related, but i thought i would ask anyway. being middle aged, it is no surprise that i have eye bags and i am wondering if there is a nonsurgical way to get rid of them. tea bags and ice don't seem to work

Just smear it on with your fingers avoiding the eyeball I'd imagine. Just go down to the beauty parlor and ask old Hazel, she'll know all tricks.
