Clearly in error. The correct journalism term is “belly-flop landing.”

I'm surprised Scott Pasmore didn't at least get the chance to chime-in and change "Belly" to "Hard".

He's a pilot with a TTX or something.

There was no tarmac, so it had to be a belly landing. Or a crash. What about the flight plan? Maybe it was hacked.
