Exemptions for Charitable Flying

If I want to land and park at LGA (or other expensive Class B airport), are there breaks on landing or parking fees for any type of charitable flying? Pilots n Paws, Angel flight, or flights carrying passengers attending a religious gathering?

Ben Angel flight East has been successful at getting ramp, land and facilities fees waived at the largest of the Bravos, I believe LGA is included in the list.
