"Exceeds Forum Quota" error

I tried to attach a 485kb PNG file (screen capture) to a message in the Gaston's thread, and got an error message that said "Exceeds forum quota by 481 KB."

The attachment key doesn't indicate any limit on file size for PNGs. Is it a PERSONAL limit? I tried to upload a picture of the error message (128KB PNG) to THIS message, and got "Exceeds forum quota by 124.5 KB."

Have I run out of room to post pictures / uploads? If so, how do I reclaim space?

Had the samething happen this morning with two JPG files. 60 and 66 KB.

Maybe the attachments table in mySQL has reached the maximum rows... or we've head a board-level quota.
