Even More Respect for the Pope

Kinda goes along with my opinion that the Trappist monks brew the best ale in the world. I'm sure they had their own bouncers in the Middle Ages when their ale customers must have called for a refreshing pause in their long arduous journeys through the Belgian wilderness.

I was a bouncer at a military club on base at Ft Campbell KY in 1962, it was actually kind of a fun job, except it was rare event when my uniform did not need serious cleaning after my shift. Paratroopers can get somewhat rowdy when you liquor them up and there are wimmins about...I've never felt an urge to be a Pope though.

Cool story. Glad he's not doing it now, as his uniform probably costs a bunch to clean up!

Well...so was Jesus, if you were a moneychanger in the temple...the Son of God was a badass too.
