Enterprise got my blood pressure up this morning

The issue with Enterprise is that every location is a separate business. So wide variations in service.

I don’t believe that is the root cause. There are many franchise businesses set up this way that don’t have the same miss rate and consistent attempts to gouge their customers.

The problem is a corporate model with sloppy control over franchise quality and customer experience.

You get back what you measure and incentivize.

There seems to be mixed information. One of the links agree with your statement, one says the have franchises outside of North America, and two suggest the have franchises of some sort.

If so, even worse, as the company is either driving bad behaviors through the wrong incentives, or is not reigning in bad managers.

I’ve had Enterprise add extra days to my rental numerous times after the return.

I’ve never had them bill less than I’ve possessed the car for.

That’s not usually by accident. See the Wells Fargo bogus account disaster that simultaneously occurred at multiple sites over an extended period of time.
