Everything Offends Me
August was a bit of a slow month, far from the claimingest month yet, but that's ok, we had a bunch of really good months, I think people were taking a breather for a month. September is off to the hottest start of any other month, so this could very well be the month to beat July!
For this month, we edged ever closer to 40% of all airports claimed, with a total of 1714 airports claimed (37.03%). There are 363 pilots registered, btw, which is awesome. If we could get 1/3rd of them out flying each weekend, we'd have already defeated the challenge!
BIG NEWS: Michigan is now 100% claimed! Yes, you read that correct, Michigan has become the 2nd state to be 100% claimed! Soon, we'll have to start dropping the 100% list to a separate column!

Rhode Island is still only 3 airports away from 100%! That is awesome. We need someone to get out and knock out the final three airports (KOQU, KSFZ, and 08R). Connecticut is only 11 away from 100% as well (42B, 7B9, KHFD, 9B8, 11N, C44, 4B9, 7B6, and N41).
I really want to thank everyone for just over 1 year of incredibly hard work and effort. We're getting closer with each passing week. Lets go claim some airports!
