Well all this time I was worried about diabetes and now think I have a bigger problem. I am now 43 but when I was 11 years old got Encephalitis from a mosquito. I was treated at the time and have never had any complications or needed follow up. I think I read that Encephalitis is an automatic disqualified. Am I correct even though it was 32 years ago?

Unknown. What does the FAA AME guide say?
I believe I can take a complete neuropsychological however I think in order to do so I need my medical records and I don't have them from over 3o years ago. I have a flipping Harvard MBA so I think my brain is ok 
. I guess I'll have to determine how much of a hassle this process will be vs how much I want to do this.
