Electric Airplanes for Training

I wonder if it would be possible to swap out battery packs instead of letting a plane sit to recharge.

I've also read about how the airlines are going to start breeding minature flying unicorns to start training more professional pilots from a younger age. I'm not sure which is going to be more successful.

"330-kg battery pack" is 727 lbs!!
That's 120 gallons worth of fuel load - even when it's "empty". That is definitely the recipe for an awesome, efficient, training aircraft.
