Eat your heart out, Anthony!

[RotaryWingBob]

Yesterday afternoon I smoked a pork shoulder (homemade rub, of course) with alder wood. A delightful meal of pulled pork with homemade finishing sauce, and a growler of Sly Fox Phoenix Pale Ale.

Life doesn't get any better, pal!

(homemade rub, of course)

Is there any other kind? I make my own rub for pigcicles and I'll tell you the truth, I don't think I've had better anywhere else than from my Webber.

And you didn't invite me??? Oh, the nerve!

Sounds too good Bob.
