E6B vs. circular

I haven't had a chance to look at one of those circular flight computers very closely.

What's the difference between those and an E6B? Are they the same, minus the wind calculation on the back?

The wind calculator is on the back it is just different...having grown up with the circular model I find them easier...makes the cross wind very apparent.
