Durango, CO and leads on Hangar rental?

Recently purchased a place north of Durango, and I need a place to store my plane, I'm Looking for a long term rental. I fly a RV10 and would prefer KDRO (La Plata County) or 00C (Animas Air Park).
I'm having a difficult time finding any parking at all.

Cortez or Pagosa Springs. Farmington & Aztec are closer and have a much better road to drive between. More important, when are you planning to be in Durango, for how long, and what airplane?
