Packet submitted very recently, not P121. Packet was very complete, tests, cog, psych, neuro, not missing anything. Just moved from transmitted to in review to in final review very very very quickly. I have my doubts. Thoughts? Full HIMS program treatment, inpatient, IOP everything.

Wow! That's excellent. My certificate took 3 months from the time the status went to final review and was received.

Mine went Final Review at OSH. Checked in every day with them. After the show it sat in Final Review until it went back to “in review” for about a month, issued in Oct.
Call OKC every week. It seems it gets attention (but I could be wrong). I know we fixed problems on the FAA’s side EVERY TIME I stopped at the OSH desk.
