Are there any commercial drones that can film an object in motion autonomously? Basically, fly formation with something that moves within its speed and maneuverability capability?

Autonomously? If commanding the drone in the controller to follow the object counts, then yes. This is a function of many of the DJI drones. Never tried it with an object flying, but works easily with objects moving on the ground.
