Deputies say Gore flew his plane at approximately 300 feet over crowds at the Gulf Coast Jam. They say he alarmed "attendees, security personnel, and organizers of the event."

Authorities cleared the stage and stopped the concert out of caution.

"Gore not only flew recklessly low over the event, but dropped promotional items on top of the 32,000 people in the crowd," deputies say in a release.

*Edit* Apparently it was coozies he was dropping

In another thread, it was determined that the root cause of this was that he is a light sport instructor and not a real instructor.
