Does the “compliance philosophy” apply to FAA employees?

Just read this article today about an FAA employee arrested for being part of the Capitol riot. Will be interesting to see how the FAA responds to it.

If they can they will terminate, er fire the employee. If he has a good attorney Or is union, he might survive. He should have put in his retirement paperwork first.
